Winery Services

Blending

Our expert team can create a custom blend to your specifications from our inventory and suppliers, or formulate blends beginning with wine from your inventory. We offer wine blending and filtration services for both small lot projects and larger-scale production, and are happy to customize the process to suit your business needs. Beyond producing award-winning wines for ourselves and our clients, our experience also extends into sangrias and other wine-based beverages.

Bottling + Kegs

Our wine bottling clients enjoy peace of mind knowing our experienced team oversees the bottling process from start to finish on state-of-the-art equipment. Our bottling services are conveniently located at our Central California facility, and can include cork or screw cap closures on 750ml bottles or plastic one-way kegs, along with multiple labeling options and other customizations, including filtering and finishing services.

Wine Products

Shiners

Shiners from San Joaquin Wine Co. are a simple solution for brand expansion, adding tasting room offerings, testing small-lot programs or fulfilling other inventory needs. Shiners are available by the case or by the pallet in a wide range of varietals and blends from regions throughout California, including sparkling wines. Our team will work with you to meet TTB requirements and plan for smooth transportation.

Bulk Wine

Our high-quality, sustainably crafted wines are available in bulk for bottling or blending. Bulk wines may be purchased in concert with our winery services program or independently.

Meet Winemaker Robert Arroyo

Robert leads our experienced winemaking and cellar team at San Joaquin Wine Co. with a passion for the art of winemaking and dedication to excellence. He studied enology at Santa Rosa Junior College and spent just under two decades at Constellation Brands before joining SJWC. Robert lives with his family in Fresno, California.
